Have you forgotten or lost your password?
You can set a new password on the system straightaway.
We will ask you to confirm your
username and
registered email address. The system username is the account name we gave you when the account was issued. Your name will look something like:
"Tim Smith/HOS/NCASP"
(Your usual name with a space in it, followed by a code for your organisation and the abbreviation 'ncasp' - with forward slashes between each part)
If you are not sure about the username, you can get a reminder (check the support page for details). Use the email address you gave us when the account was setup or when you last asked for it to be changed. We will have sent other emails to this address in the past, so you might be able to find these emails to confirm your email address.
Your password must be a 'strong one' - it must have at least 8 characters, letters, capital letters, a number and a special 'punctuation' type character.
We will send an email to your registered address and ask you to confirm the reset, but
only if your name and email matches our records. We will send the email straightaway. Please allow a few minutes for it to arrive and check your 'spam' folders or systems. The email will contain a link to click, which will then activate your new password.
Note: No email will be sent if the details don't match, and you should contact support to get this sorted out.
