How to sign-in with a passkey

To sign in, you will need a passkey to be registered and the device that has your passkey.

• Sign in with Windows Hello (or equivalent)
Click the 'Sign in with a passkey' button on the login page.
Windows Hello will ask you to sign in with your fingerprint, face, PIN, or other method.
Enter your PIN, tap the fingerprint reader or wait for your face to be recognised automatically:

• Sign in with your mobile phone
Click the 'Sign in with a passkey' button on the login page.
Unlock your phone with your fingerprint, face, PIN, swipe-pattern or other method, then scan the code:

If the passkey sign-in is accepted, you'll see this confirmation for a few seconds before the welcome screen loads:

• Sign in with a passkey on another device (e.g. Yubikey)
Click the 'Sign in with a passkey' button on the login page.
Follow the passkey instructions provided with the device.
